Return & Exchange Policy

At Le Collet, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item we create. While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 business days from the date your order is delivered. Please note, we only accept returns for gift cards or exchanges—we do not offer refunds.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate your return or exchange, simply follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@lecollet.com or use the Return Application
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Item name(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Clear photos of the item(s) showing both the product and attached

Important: Ensure the photos clearly show the attached tags. This helps us confirm the items are unused and in original condition, which will allow us to process your return or exchange smoothly.

Once we receive your request, we will process it within 24 hours and send you further instructions.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn and in original condition, with all tags still attached.
  • The item should have no marks or stains, including makeup, spray tan, or any other residue.
  • Hygiene stickers must still be in place for swimwear.
  • The item should be free from any odor, including deodorant, perfume, body odor, or laundry detergent.
  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.
  • Accessories such as press-on nails, necklaces, glasses, gloves, and leggings are non-returnable.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Once we confirm your return meets all the requirements, we will issue a gift card for the full purchase value, sent to the email address associated with your order. The gift card will be valid for 12 months.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, and the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If the replacement item is of lesser value, we will send you a gift card for the difference.

Faulty Items

We work hard to ensure every item is of the highest quality. However, if you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery. Faults include broken seams, unsewn segments, or any damaged parts.

In the case of a faulty item, we will provide you with one of the following options:

  • replacement of the faulty
  • gift card for the same value if you prefer not to receive a replacement.

Please note: Le Collet reserves the right to address any issues not specifically mentioned here.

Important Notes

  • Tracking Information: Please retain tracking information for your return package. For both your security and ours, tracking is required to ensure safe delivery of returned items.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as Final Sale (including clearance items) cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. These items are not eligible for a return under any other circumstances. Unauthorized returns of Final Sale items will be refused and sent back to the sender.
  • Lost or Stolen ItemsLe Collet is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. We are also not liable for any incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
