RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
INTRODUCTION
At Le Collet, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Please note that we currently offer store credit or exchanges only. We do not offer monetary refunds.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 7 business days from the date your order is delivered.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Please include the following information in your email:
• Order number
• Item name(s)
• Reason for return or exchange
• Clear photos of the item(s), including all attached tags
Photos must clearly show that the items are unworn and in original condition. Once your request is reviewed, our team will respond within approximately 24 business hours with further instructions.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be free of makeup, spray tan, stains, marks, or any visible residue
• Swimwear must include the original hygiene sticker
• Items must be free of perfume, deodorant, smoke, detergent, or any other odor
• Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
• Accessories including press-on nails, necklaces, glasses, gloves, and leggings are final sale and non-returnable
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Le Collet reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
RETURN ADDRESS
Please contact lecolletus@gmail.com to receive the appropriate return address before shipping your item back.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
STORE CREDIT
Once your return has been approved and inspected, a digital gift card/store credit for the approved amount will be issued to the email address associated with your order.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date issued.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you request an exchange for an item of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at:

Faulty items may include:
• Broken seams
• Manufacturing defects
• Damaged hardware or components
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following:
• A replacement item
• Store credit equal to the purchase value
Le Collet reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies as faulty.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Le Collet is not responsible for lost return packages.
Final Sale Items
All items marked as Final Sale, including clearance or discounted merchandise, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless deemed faulty.
Unauthorized returns of Final Sale items may be rejected and returned to sender.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Le Collet is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misplaced packages once they have been shipped.
We are also not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered shipping addresses provided by the customer.
