At Le Collet, each piece is carefully made to order to ensure the highest level of quality and attention to detail. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
For pre-orders, please allow approximately 15–30 business days for processing, as additional time may be required to source and prepare materials.
We believe exceptional pieces are worth the wait. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been dispatched.

While we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, Le Collet is not responsible for shipping delays once packages have left our warehouse and compensation will not be provided for carrier-related delays.
